Phags-pa

Phags-pa is a block of the Unicode standard that contains characters used to write the Phags-pa script, which was used in the Mongol Empire during the 13th and 14th centuries. The Phags-pa script is an alphabet, with each letter representing a specific sound in the Mongolian language. This block contains all the letters needed to write Phags-pa text, as well as a number of punctuation marks and other symbols. The Phags-pa block is often used in conjunction with other Unicode blocks to represent Mongolian text in digital form.
