Devanagari Extended

Devanagari Extended is a block of the Unicode standard that contains additional characters for writing languages that use the Devanagari script. The Devanagari script is used to write a number of languages, including Hindi, Nepali, and Marathi. The characters in this block are used to represent sounds and other features of these languages that are not present in the basic Devanagari block. This block is often used in conjunction with the basic Devanagari block to fully support these languages in text processing and display applications.
