CJK Compatibility Forms
CJK Compatibility Forms is a block of the Unicode standard that contains characters that are used to represent Chinese, Japanese, and Korean (CJK) characters that are not included in the basic CJK Unified Ideographs block. These characters are called compatibility forms, and are typically used to represent characters from older CJK character sets that have been incorporated into the Unicode standard. The characters in this block are not used in modern CJK text, but may still be encountered in older documents or legacy systems. The CJK Compatibility Forms block is often used in conjunction with other Unicode blocks to represent CJK text in digital form.
